Some of our travel services are complimentary, while bespoke itinerary design, travel planning and concierge services are offered for a fee, allowing us to dedicate the time and attention needed to create your journey.

For eligible travel arrangements—including hotels, villas, experiences, car hire and other travel services—you generally pay the same publicly available rate offered by the relevant travel provider, unless otherwise stated. We do not add hidden booking fees or undisclosed mark-ups to eligible arrangements.

Where applicable, Soléa Travels Co. receives commission from hotels, travel providers and other trusted hospitality partners when we arrange eligible bookings. This means we can provide our expertise, recommendations and booking support without passing a separate booking fee on to you for those eligible arrangements.

Where a planning or advisory fee applies, this will always be communicated clearly before you proceed, so you know exactly what you are paying for and what is included in your chosen service.
